Bridal gown (on sale and regular price) returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All other items have a 50% re-stocking fee, this EXCLUDES Final Sale items; Final Sale Items are not returnable. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Buyer must contact us to obtain RMA prior to returning order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned at buyer's expense. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days (including Holidays and or weekends) of order arrival date. We strive to reply all communications within 24 hours (business hours). Please note our hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday 10:30am-6:00pm (excluding Holidays).

All items in Final Sale Categories and/or marked as Final Sale are FINAL, NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE. Bridesmaid dresses priced at $29.99 are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason for Final Sale items. If you are unsure about purchasing an item, we encourage you to contact us before completing the checkout process. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge items may be a sample. Ginny's Bridal Collection has a physical store where customers can try on items and make purchases in person. As a result, some gowns may collect minor dust or dirt on the bottoms, thus these items may show signs of being tried-on. Most items can be easily spot cleaned by a trusted dry cleaner.
Please be aware that, although we strive to maintain our gowns in excellent condition, some normal wear and tear may occur during try-ons.
